This is the result of my early morning walk. I usually find dandilions, weeds, fallen leaves, clover. But this was parking lot litter. It was still shiny and colorful - like a discarded Christmas tree ornament or a crushed jewel, forgotten but not gone. Deflated, not defeated. Sounds like me. artistjohnwlong@live.com
